Limburg is the most southeastern province of The Netherlands. It's sandwiched in between Belgium (to the west) and Germany (to the east). The capital and largest city of Limburg is Maastricht, which houses a university. Other sizable cities are Venlo, Roermond, Heerlen, Sittard and Geleen. The latter houses the industial complex Chemelot.
